I’ve made it a point to read more lately–more BOOKS–and right now I’m almost halfway through The Mothers by Brit Bennett, which is (so far) AMAZING. I’ve got to get through this one, specifically, because Ms. Bennett will be at Get Lit! in Spokane this year, and I might just be able to schlep across the state to see her.
